As you read there are some important characters that you should pay close attention to. You may wish to jot down some notes about these characters as you go. These characters include:

1. Who is you favorite character? Why?
2. Can you relate to any of the characters? If so, in what way(s)?
3. Who is your least favorite character? Why?
4. We learned earlier in the year that “good” characters experience some sort of change. Name one character and discuss the changes that they undergo throughout the novel.5. In your opinion, who is the protagonist? Who or what is the antagonist?

1) My favorite character is Leslie because she is very adventurous and cool I also like her because she is nice to people.
2) No i dont think i can relate to any of the characters but if i did the mist likely person would be Jess because he likes to run.
3) My least favorite character is Joyce Ann becausee she is mean to popel and not very nice.
4) Jess is the protagoinits because he is the main charater. The antagonist in the story can be Janice Aver because she is mena to people and was a probleme. One charater that experencies change is Jess because he learns how to deal through tough times, He also learns how to be a nicer brother and that he can do anything if he tries.

4. Some charcters that experince change is Jess because he hahd no friends and he became friends with leslie. He also experienced change when leslie died because kids at school made fun of him. the protadanist is Jess and the antagonist is either Janice Avery or his Dad, his dad does not pay much attention to him he pays more attention to the younger kids then him. Janice Avery could be the antagonist to because she makes bad stuff happen at school and on the bus.
1) My favorite charcter is Jess because he has had a hrad life and always hung on... I think that hhe is so awsome and he looks fun to be with.
2) I can relate to Jess becasue he has had some hard times like me, but then it gets good:)
3) Jesses dad is my least favorite becase he was very mean and nasty to Jess.
4) Jesses father even though he was nasty at the end of the book he begain to change. Jess and Leslie are the protagonist the antagonist is janice Avery that is what i think.
